Flow Transfer & Agent Time Analytics

Transfer Flow

Transferring flows from one bot to another has been a challenge, but we've listened to your feedback and worked hard to create this new functionality! With the Transfer Flow feature, you can now work on a bot and, once finished, transfer the entire flow to another bot seamlessly.

How to Use It

  1. Click the "Transfer Flow" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select the bot you want to transfer the flow to.
  3. Review everything to ensure it's correct and confirm the transfer.
  4. Done! 🎉

Important Notes

  • The transferred flow will always be the published version.
  • After transferring the flow, you must publish it on the target bot for it to go live.
  • If the target bot is being edited, you won't be able to transfer the flow to it.
  • If the target bot has unpublished changes, you'll see a warning in the bot selection list. Be cautious, as transferring the flow may overwrite those unpublished changes.

Agent time spent in status

You now have greater visibility into agent performance, including the time they spend in each status.

⚡️ Improvements

Flow Builder

  • Content ID Generator with AI: Enhanced UI and upgraded the model to gpt-4o-mini for better performance.
  • Connection lost: We've enhanced how we notify you when your connection is lost. Additionally, if you lose your connection for more than 30 seconds, whether due to connectivity issues or your computer going to sleep, you will now be logged out of Flow Builder. This ensures all your changes are saved and allows your colleagues to continue working without disruptions.
  • Dropdowns: We've increased the size of dropdowns and added a search bar to help you quickly and easily find the option you need.

Analytics

  • You can now sort the agents' performance table in ascending or descending order.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

Flow Builder

  • There was an issue that allowed multiple users to access Flow Builder simultaneously, leading to data loss. We've reviewed and strengthened the behaviour to ensure that only one team member can edit the flow at a time. This ensures no work is lost and provides a smoother collaboration experience.
  • We've fixed an issue where queues were not updating in Flow Builder after being deleted or renamed in the Helpdesk.

Inbox

  • We've enabled the option to send multimedia attachments without requiring an accompanying message.
  • We fixed an issue that was automatically resetting the filters in the contact reasons selector.
