Flow Builder: Introduction
Flow Builder is Hubtype’s visual tool for creating and managing Conversational Apps, without writing code.
It allows you to design the complete customer experience by dragging and dropping conversational elements, connecting them, and customizing content in an intuitive interface.
With Flow Builder, non-technical users can independently build, edit, and maintain their Conversational Apps, giving full control over the user journey from start to finish.

Key concepts
- Flows → Each conversation is organized into flows. Every bot has two built‑in flows by default: Main (entry point) and Fallback (safety net), but then you can create as many as you need.
- Nodes → Building blocks such as Text, Carousel, Button list, Image, Video, Actions, Conditions and Inputs.
- Connections → Lines linking contents that define the path. Buttons have their own per‑button connections.
- Build panel → Left‑side panel where you have the list of nodes that can be included in the flow.
- Edit panel → Right‑side panel where you configure the selected node.
- Content ID → A unique identifier used in logs, search bar and analytics.
- Preview/Publish → Try your changes, then push them live when ready.
