- Knowledge base: The Knowledge Base will now be hidden in Flow Builder for bots that don’t have the required plugin installed, preventing configuration errors.

- Version history improvements: The most recent 100 versions of your flow are now correctly displayed in the version history dropdown, making it easier to access and manage your latest changes.
- Queue dropdown filtering fix: You can now successfully search and filter queues when configuring handoffs or queue-based conditions.
- Improved welcome back logic: Keywords, Smart Intents, and Knowledge Base content are now properly triggered even when users who’ve interacted with the bot before start a new conversation.
- Performance boost for large organizations: Frontend performance has been optimized to reduce interface lag and freezing in accounts with large user bases.
