New automation section in the navigation

We've introduced a new automation section in the navigation bar, bringing Bots and Knowledge Base together in one streamlined space. This update makes it faster and easier to access and manage your automation tools, all in one place.

⚡️ Improvements

  • Analytics filters: Added new filters for language in bot response tables and provider accounts in conversation explorer.
  • Real-time translation: Serbian and Croatian are now supported in real-time translations, expanding localization coverage for multilingual teams.
  • Agent case transfer: Agents can now transfer conversations to other agents (feature flag-controlled).

🛠️ Bug Fixes

  • Node disappearance fix: Dragging nodes in Flow Builder no longer results in disappearing content.
  • Case summaries now persist when navigating between cases in Helpdesk.
  • Contact reason dropdown: Fixed issue where the dropdown would not auto-open when solving a case with required contact reason (single-select mode).
  • Conversation search improvements: Enhanced search input in conversation explorer to allow searching by provider ID or hashed phone number.
  • Frontend cleanup: Removed deprecated advisor features, improved button accessibility behavior, and fixed state duplication in organization data.
