The Languages tab sets how AI translation treats the messages you receive. It appears only when AI translation is enabled for you. It does not change the language of the Hubtype interface.

Primary language

Under Primary language, open Select primary language and choose the language you want to read.

The note under the field says: When auto-translate is active, all messages you receive will be translated into this language.

Saved auto-translate languages

Saved auto-translate languages is split into Always Translate and Never Translate.

Always Translate: languages that are translated into your primary language when a customer writes in them.
Never Translate: languages you want to read as the customer wrote them.

Use Select all to tick every language in that list, or tick languages one by one.

Remove a language

Tick the languages you want to remove.
Select Remove languages. If none are ticked, the button stays unavailable and the hint is Select languages to remove.
Confirm in Remove languages from auto translation with Remove languages and save.

The dialog explains that a later message in a removed language can still ask you whether to translate it: You are about to remove languages from the auto-translate list. Please note, if you receive a new message in one of these languages, the system will still ask you if you want to translate the message.
