Flow Builder Conditions & Conversation Explorer Filters

New filters in conversation explorer

To help you analyze and manage conversations more effectively, we've introduced two new filters in the Conversation Explorer:

  • Node filter: Now, you can filter conversations based on a specific node a user has gone through.
  • Language filter: This allows managers and support teams to focus on conversations in the languages they understand best.

With these updates, finding the right conversations faster has never been easier.

⚡️ Improvements

Flow Builder

  • Conditions: Content IDs are now mandatory to prevent potential issues in the conversational experience.
  • Country condition: Added new countries to the selection list for expanded functionality.
  • Conversation start: You can now initiate conversations with bot actions and handoffs, allowing for custom logic or immediate transfer to an agent.

Conversation explorer: We made it easier to browse through conversations by adding new filters.

  • Added the possibility to filter by Intent, if applicable.
  • Added the possibility to filter by Flow name, if applicable.

Realtime dashboard

  • Total row: We have added a total row giving you visibility on the Projects real time metrics, additionally to each queue's data.

Inbox

  • New chatbox: we renewed our chatbox area within Inbox to make it more accessible and made it easier for agents to attach files.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

  • Auto-save: Issue resolved to ensure consistent saving functionality.
  • Web chat: Fixed an issue where the typing indicator wasn’t always visible in scrollable areas.
