✨ What's new?
Discover more with Campaigns and AI Data Capture
You can now explore Campaigns and AI Data Capture directly from Hubtype, even if they’re not currently active for your organization.
This makes it easier to understand what each add-on can do, see how it could fit into your customer experience, and access more information or request a demo without leaving the platform.
How it works
New cards for Campaigns and AI Data Capture are now available in the Add-ons section. You’ll also see an in-app banner highlighting Campaigns.
From each add-on, you can open a Learn more view to:
- Watch a short video
- Understand how the capability works
- Contact us if you’d like to learn more
- Explore guides and resources in the Engage section of our Help Center 🔗
Why this matters
It’s now easier to discover additional Hubtype capabilities and evaluate whether they could help you expand your customer experience.
Instead of searching elsewhere for information, you can explore these add-ons directly from your Hubtype account and quickly decide whether they’re relevant for your team.
Manage your organization from one place
We’ve redesigned Organization Settings to make administration simpler and easier to navigate.
Admins and managers can now manage the main organization-level configurations from a single, centralized page.
How it works
Five previously separate areas are now grouped under one Settings page, with dedicated tabs for:
- General
- Accounts
- Projects
- Webhooks
- Templates
The previous Overview section is now called General.
When you open Settings from the footer, you’ll be taken directly to the new tabbed experience. Existing direct links to these sections will continue to work and will redirect you to the corresponding tab.
Why this matters
Related settings are now easier to find and manage, reducing unnecessary navigation and making organization configuration more straightforward.
⚡️ Improvements
More accurate Campaigns performance metrics
We’ve corrected historical Campaigns data to improve the accuracy of your reporting.
Metrics for Sent, Failed, Skipped, and Replied are now displayed correctly across existing and past campaigns.
Why this matters
You can now rely on these metrics for a clearer and more trustworthy view of campaign performance.
