Flow Builder: Add a Do nothing
What is Do nothing?
Do nothing ends the path. The bot does not send another message and does not continue to another node.
How to edit Do nothing
Drag Do nothing from the build panel. The only field is Content ID.
Place it at the end of a branch when the conversation should stop there. For example, after you have answered the customer and there is no follow-up, or on a path that should stay silent.
Best practices
- Use it on purpose. An unconnected node can look the same to the customer, but Do nothing makes the end of the path explicit.
- Do not put it in front of a message you still want the customer to see.
