Introducing the Add-ons Hub, Centralized Contacts & Smart Intent Controls

✨ What's new?

New Add-ons Page for Feature Discovery:

We've launched a dedicated Add-ons page where you can discover, test, and explore upcoming capabilities directly within the platform.

  • Early Feature Access & Interactive Demos: Explore upcoming tools—including AI Analytics, Spell Checker, and WhatsApp Outbound Calls—using trial modes or embedded video walkthroughs to evaluate their value before activating them for your team.

New Contacts Section

We’ve introduced a new Contacts section that provides a simpler and more powerful way to manage your customer contacts and their associated information.

As part of this improvement, Contact Info Fields have been moved from Organization Settings into the new Contacts section, bringing all contact-related configuration and management into one single place.

The new experience brings all contact data together, making it easier to understand your audience, keep information updated and prepare contacts for use in campaigns.

With the new Contacts section, you can:

  • Easily view and manage your contacts with a clearer and more organized experience.
  • Understand where each contact comes from and which channel they belong to.
  • View all relevant customer information, including custom data collected during conversations.
  • Create and manage the Contact Info Fields used to store additional customer information.
  • Import contacts together with their associated information, making bulk creation and updates easier.
  • Export your contact data for analysis, reporting, or backup purposes.
  • Work with filtered contact lists and export exactly the contacts you need.

This new foundation will allow you to manage larger audiences more efficiently and unlock more advanced use cases such as segmentation and personalized campaigns.

Activate and Deactivate Smart Intents without Deletion

You can now activate and deactivate Smart Intents directly from their configuration panel in Flow Builder. This allows you to temporarily pause intent detection without deleting the node, preserving its title, description, and position in your flow. This is ideal for testing new intents or pre-staging functionality for future events.

⚡️ Improvements

Cases created and attended by time of the day

We've added a new layer to your conversation analytics reports, showing the number of cases attended by agents per hour.

This new view, alongside "Cases created by time of the day," gives you better insight into peak agent workload hours and helps you optimize staffing.

Support for WhatsApp Flow Buttons in Message Templates

You can now send WhatsApp message templates that include WhatsApp Flow buttons through Hubtype Campaigns and the external API.

This update resolves previous limitations with these templates and ensures compatibility with Meta’s messaging requirements, allowing you to connect message templates directly with WhatsApp Flows.
