La pestaña Notifications controla las alertas de escritorio de tus colas. Se te mostrará este aviso: To properly receive notifications, please make sure you have enabled notifications in your browser settings.

Si el navegador las bloquea, verás Notifications in browser are disabled. Please enable them in order to receive notifications. Permite las notificaciones del sitio de Hubtype en el navegador y vuelve a esta pestaña.

Qué eventos te avisan

El título es Select the types of notifications you wish to receive. Marca cualquiera de estas opciones:

Cases automatically assigned to me: un caso se te ha asignado de forma automática.
New cases entering waiting list: ha llegado un caso nuevo a una cola en la que estás.
New message, in the cases assigned to me: un cliente ha escrito en un caso asignado a ti.

Hasta que marques al menos un tipo, la preferencia y la duración siguen desactivadas.

Cuándo aparece la alerta

Choose your notification preferences: receive alerts only when you're not active in Hubtype, or get them at all times.

Only when I'm not viewing this tab: la alerta aparece cuando Hubtype no es la pestaña activa del navegador.
Always, even if I'm using this tab: la alerta aparece aunque estés dentro de Hubtype.

Cuánto tiempo permanece

Set the notification duration to your preference. How long should the message remain visible?

Escribe un número de segundos en Notification duration (in seconds). El campo es obligatorio en cuanto has seleccionado al menos un tipo de notificación.
