Add Smart Intents

What are Smart Intents?

Smart Intents will allow you to identify the user's intention. You just have to provide a brief and precise description of the intention you wish to detect and the AI will automatically recognize it whenever the user types any related content.

How to edit the Smart Intents

In the Smart Intents you can edit:

• Content ID.
• Title: Include a title that identifies the user intention you are setting.
• Description: describe the user intention you want to detect in a few words. Be as much precise & accurate as you can. If you have various Smart Intents in the same conversational flow, it would be possible that you will have to review and improve this descriptions to identify the user intention accurately.
