✨ What's new?
- AI Features Now Available for All Admins: We've made it easier to get started with our AI tools. Knowledge Bases, Smart Intents, and AI Agents are now enabled by default for all admin users—no more waiting for special access.
- AI Summaries: New Link to Original Message: To make conversation summaries more actionable, we have added a "Go to user message" link. Agents can now click this link to be taken directly to the specific message where the client reported their issue. The system will automatically scroll and highlight the initial problem report, saving time and eliminating the need to manually search through long conversations.


⚡️ Improvements
- AI Translations in Case Archive for Supervisors: Managers and admins can now view AI-translated messages in Case Archive regardless of their primary language settings—making it easier to supervise and review multilingual conversations.
- Better Text Editing in Flow Builder: We've improved how undo/redo works when editing text. Now, pressing Ctrl+Z (or Cmd+Z on Mac) in a text field will undo your text changes as expected, instead of accidentally undoing the entire node configuration.
🛠️ Bug Fixes
- Bulk Queue Assignment: Resolved a regression where only one queue change was saved when assigning multiple queues to an agent. All changes now save correctly in a single action.
- Variable Display in Previews: Variables in text displays are now showing correctly. When you use dynamic content like customer names or session data in your messages, they'll display properly in the flow builder preview.
- Knowledge Base Stability:
- Country Selection Fixed: The country dropdown now works correctly when creating a Knowledge Base from a website URL.
- Sorting and Ordering: The sorting/ordering options in your Knowledge Base sources list now work as expected, making it easier to organize and find your content sources.
