Flow Builder: Add a Bot action

What is Bot action?

Bot action allows you to set a payload with specific parameters that will trigger some bot logic during the conversational flow.

How to edit Bot action

In the Bot action you can edit:

• Content ID.
• Payload: When you click on the payload drop-down menu, you will see the payloads already added and you can select the one you want to trigger. You can add new ones, but be sure that they are defined in the bot code as well.
• Once the payload is included you can add Payload parameters in JSON format.
