Flow Builder: Add a Go to flow and connect flows

What is Go to flow action?

Go to flow action allows you to connect a specific path of a conversational flow to another flow. It also allows you to jump from one flow to another in one click.

How to edit Go to flow action

In the Go to flow action you can choose the flow you want to connect with. You just have to open the drop-down menu and select the desired flow.

If you don’t have it created yet, you can do it from the drop-down as well, clicking on the Add flow button.

Once you click on it, a modal will appear that will allow you to set the name of the new flow and add it to your conversational experience.
