Flow Builder: Add and Manage Contents

Overview

In Flow Builder, Contents are the building nodes of your Conversational App.

Each content node represents a piece of your conversation — such as a message, image, video, action, or condition.

You can add, move, edit, or delete these nodes easily within the visual interface.

Adding Contents

1. Open the Build Panel on the left-hand side.
2. Choose the type of content you want to add (e.g., Text, Carousel, Image, Action).
3. Drag & drop the content onto the Flow Board.

Once you drop it:

• It will appear as a node in your flow.
• The Edit Panel will open automatically on the right so you can configure it.
• The node will highlight in purple to show it’s selected.
  

Editing Content

Click on any content node to open its configuration in the Edit Panel.

There you can:

• Rename the Content ID (use short, meaningful names).
  Edit the content (text, media, button labels, or logic).
• Adjust specific settings depending on the content type (for example, adding buttons to text messages).

Important: If a content node is missing an ID, you can let the AI Assistant automatically generate one.

Selecting Multiple Contents

To select several contents at once:

1. Hold the Shift key.
2. Click and drag your mouse over the desired nodes.
3. You can then move or delete them together.

Moving Content Nodes

To reposition nodes on the board:

1. Click and hold a content node.
2. Drag and drop it to your new position.

Use this to keep your flow clean and visually organized.

Deleting Content

You can delete content in two ways:

• From the Edit Panel → click the Trash icon.
• From your keyboard → select the block and press the Delete key.
