Flow Builder: Add Videos

What is Video?

Video content allows you to add videos to the conversational flow.

How to edit Video

In the Video content you can edit:

  • Content ID.
  • Video embed: You can include a link to a video file.

Important: To add a video from a streaming platform such as Youtube or Vimeo, you have to use the Text content. Add text content to the flow and paste the video link into the Message text input.
