We've released new capabilities to help teams better understand automation and case handling:
- Automation Metrics Graphs
A new set of dashboards that help track how automation is working:- Bot Response: Understand how and when bots respond effectively.
- Flow Inspector: Inspect flows and performance at the node level.

Create and manage staging bots for safe testing
You can now create staging bots in Hubtype to safely test your conversational experiences without impacting production data or live analytics. When creating a new bot, you'll see an option to enable "Staging bot" mode.

Staging bots allow you to simulate real scenarios with confidence. All cases generated from staging bots on Inbox are marked as "Test", only visible to Admins, and won't affect queue availability, auto-assignment, or your analytics.

To make them easier to manage, a new "Test" filter has been added to the case type dropdown in Helpdesk. This ensures your test cases remain separate from production data and are easy to identify while testing.

Already have a bot? No problem. You can now toggle the staging mode on or off directly from the bot settings page.

- Sortable tables in Cases and Agents analytics: Easily organize table data to quickly find what you need.
- Updated Flow Builder modals to align with the new design system, creating a more unified and modern user interface.
- URL sources in the Knowledge Base will now update automatically every day, ensuring content stays up to date without the need for manual syncing.
🛠️ Bug Fixes
- First message not appearing in Conversation Explorer: This has been resolved so agents can see the full conversation context.
- Case archive download fix: Users can now download case data even when only one case is selected.
- Campaigns preview accuracy: Addressed inconsistencies in performance data preview in Campaigns.
- We’ve increased the Knowledge Base source limit to 100, allowing you to upload even more content with ease. We’re currently working on adding filters and better management tools, which will be available in the coming weeks to help you organize your sources more easily.
