We've completely revamped the user settings panel. Settings are now organized into separate tabs, Languages, Notifications and Security, to make it easier to manage preferences.

A new notification option allows users to choose whether alerts should appear only when they're not viewing the tab, or at all times. The Languages tab will only appear for users with real-time translation enabled.

Updated default Knowledge Base instructions: Removed unclear phrasing that led to confusing bot responses when no knowledge was available.‍
Updated view-only mode in Flow Builder: A new “View only” badge now appears next to the bot name in Flow Builder for users with read-only access.
Hungarian language added to the Flow Builder for broader localization options.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

Flow version history loading: Fixed a bug that caused some flows to load the default version instead of the selected historical version.‍
Fixed Desk template editing bug: Resolved an issue where editing text before sending would misplace the cursor, preventing accurate edits.
