Open an Active or Completed campaign and select View details. Performance appears at the top of the Summary. It isn't shown for Draft or Ready campaigns, because they haven't been launched.

What the metrics mean

Audience — contacts targeted by the campaign.
Sent — executions that successfully sent the initial message.
Failed — executions that failed.
Skipped — executions intentionally skipped, such as a contact with an open agent handoff or an early-termination condition.

The percentage shown for Sent, Failed, and Skipped is that state's share of the total campaign audience.

How performance is measured

Campaign performance is based on Campaign Flow execution states. It does not use WhatsApp read receipts or delivery acknowledgements, so it reflects what your flow did — not whether the customer opened the message.

Why is Sent lower than Audience? That's expected. Not every targeted contact reaches the Sent state — some executions may still be processing, or were skipped intentionally or failed. Skipped is not the same as failed.

FAQ

Does “Ended” mean every contact received the message?

No — it just means the campaign is no longer active. Check the performance section for Sent, Failed, and Skipped counts.

Does "Ended" mean pending messages will be cancelled?

Yes — messages still waiting to be sent are stopped and won't go out. Anything already sent stays delivered.

Why were some contacts skipped?

Skipped contacts aren't failures. A contact may be skipped because of an open human-agent handoff, an early-termination condition, or another campaign rule.

Are WhatsApp read receipts included?

No. Performance is based on Campaign Flow execution states, not WhatsApp read or delivery acknowledgements.

Can I see performance for a Draft or Ready campaign?

No. Performance becomes available after launch and is shown for Active and Completed campaigns.
