Flow Builder: Add Button lists
WhatsApp has its own components that give you the ability to make the user interact with the Conversational App easily. You have to take into account that this kind of content is only available on WhatsApp and on other channels they will be displayed in a different way.
What is a Button list?
Button list allows you to include a menu of up to 10 options. These options can be grouped by a maximum of sections. This type of message offers a simpler and more consistent way for users to make a selection when interacting with the conversational app.
How to edit Button list
In the Button list you can edit:
- Content ID.
- Message text to introduce the list: The message that will be displayed to the user to inform him/her that has to choose an option from the list.
- Button to open list text / List header: The call to action text that will appear in the button to open the list.
- Section title: This field is optional and will appear as a title of a group of rows.
- Row title: Each of the options you want to provide to the user to choose from.
- Row description: Each row can be accompanied by a description to give users more information so that they can make a better decision on which option to choose.
