Sync Text Across Languages with AI
Overview
When you edit content in Flow Builder, a Sync text across languages button appears in the Edit Panel.
This button allows you to instantly apply your latest text changes to all language versions of your Conversational App — keeping your translations aligned and consistent across every language.
It’s designed to help you maintain accurate, multilingual flows without needing to update each version manually.
When the Sync Button Appears
- The Sync text across languages button appears only after you edit content in one of your language versions (for example, you modify a message in English).
- The button is visible in the Edit Panel, right below the content configuration options.
- This option appears temporarily and is available only for your current session.
If you exit Flow Builder or reload the page, the button disappears — it will reappear the next time you make new edits.
How to Sync Text Across Languages
- Edit a content node (e.g., a Text or Carousel element) in one language.
- Once you make a change, the Sync text across languages button will appear in the Edit Panel.
- Click Sync text across languages.
- Flow Builder will automatically:
- Push your recent text updates to all existing language versions.
- Translate the updated text automatically, based on the original source language.
All connected language versions will now reflect the new text.
