We updated the export in conversation explorer and added more data that can help you gather insights. Download the data from the Conversations tab, and you will be now able to see things like whether the conversation was meaningful, whether it had a fallback or an escalation, which AI response type the bot has leveraged, how many messages the bot, agent and user have sent, and more.

We added the case creation time in the case archive so that you can easily see at what time cases were created.

Analytics

We have reviewed the accessibiliy to analytics to ensure compliance. Now Admins will still be able to monitor all projects, while Managers will have visibility about the data related to their projects only.
