Chatbox Header & Case Archive Downloads

New Chatbox Header

We improved the chatbox header so that your agents can see what project and queue the case they are managing belongs to, at any time.

New case archive download

We have changed how you download cases from case archive to make the download faster. Now you can choose between:

  • Downloading the table: we recommend this if you want to download many cases, as it will be faster.
  • Downloading transcripts: this is recommended if you want to download a csv. transcript of the selected cases. Best if you only select a small dataset.

⚡️ Improvements

Helpdesk

  • When deleting a queue, we've added a message reminding you that the queue might be used in a bot. Make sure to review the associated bots to ensure proper functionality.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

  • Solved a date-picker error in Automation metrics that was causing the graph not to load properly.
  • Solved an issue with the Contact reason selector which was slightly glitching whenever a new case entered the queue.
