European Locales & Enhanced Analytics Charts
✨ What's new?
⚡️ Improvements
- New locales in Flow Builder: We’ve added the most common European locales to help you expand into new markets more easily.
- Contact timings graph in Analytics: We've updated this graph to show exactly when cases are created throughout the day, helping teams identify peak demand periods. The new title is "Cases created by time of day" and the metric is based on case creation timestamps, providing a more accurate view of when customers need support. This graph is now available in the Cases section of Analytics.
- See which flows get the most traffic: In the Flow Inspector Graph, you can now view traffic at the flow level, not just per node. This makes it easier to spot your most visited flows and understand how users move through your bot. You can expand each flow to dive deeper into the details when needed.
- Filters in analytics are now easier to use: When you change the date range in Analytics, your selected filters, like conversation type or agent, will now stay in place, unless they no longer apply. This makes it quicker to explore data without having to reselect your filters each time.
- Case exports now match what you see on screen: When downloading case data, SLA and Rating values now appear just like they do in the platform, SLA as a percentage and Ratings as whole numbers, making reports easier to read and share.
- Tables now load faster: Tables with expandable rows are now quicker to navigate. Child rows only load when you open them, helping the table respond faster, especially when there’s a lot of information.
