Edit an Active campaign
Once a campaign is active, all of its settings are locked except the end date and time. Changing the end date doesn't restart the campaign or resend messages — it only changes when the campaign stops accepting or processing further contacts.
To edit it, open the campaign (click it directly, or use View details) to open the Summary, where you can update the end date.
Complete an Active campaign
Completing an Active campaign stops further processing. Messages that have already been sent are not withdrawn. Once completed, the campaign can't send new messages, but its performance information remains available.
Duplicate a campaign
Duplicating creates a new campaign with the original's configuration copied and Copy in the name. The new campaign is not launched automatically — review and save it before using it. You can duplicate a campaign in any status.
Delete a campaign
Deleting a campaign requires confirmation. If you delete an Active campaign, any further processing will stop, while messages that have already been sent will remain delivered. This action can’t be undone.
FAQ
Can I edit an Active campaign?
Only the end date and time can be changed. All other settings are locked after activation.
Does changing the end date resend messages?
No. It only changes when the campaign stops accepting or processing further contacts.
What's the difference between completing and deleting?
Both stop further processing. Completing keeps the campaign and its performance data available for review; deleting removes the campaign. Neither withdraws messages already sent.
